Gorrilas suspected to be poisoned by milk powder

It is finally right under our noses. A substance that kills man or animal, the other could just be a step away from falling victim as well. Two gorrilas are suspected to be the latest victims of the china Milk powder poisoning.Much as we have lacking information as far as the effects of eating carbofuran-poisoned fish and birds are concerned, a negative effect is surely a possibility, only that we are not able at the moment to quantify the degree of the negative impact on our Kenyan poisoned ,wild meat lovers. Losing our wildlife and consequently tourists on the other end would just be equivalent to more countries banning of goods from China. We have a grande lesson to learn from China!

I’ve been wondering when we’d hear news of wildlife being poisoned by tained milk from China. Why are these babies separated from their mothers? Why are they being fed cow’s milk? Cow’s milk is intended for calves, not for humans nor any other species. The Chinese feed milk powder formulas to giant panda cubs, too.
God help us all. We are out of control.

The news was soon to come sheryl!we are lost indeed!let’s say the feeding of cow milk to the hominids was with good intention.May be they are orphaned and cow milk was the nearest they could lay their hands on. I am trying to be very understanding. We are more lost with PESTICIDES especially when the intoxicant-melamine-is documented to be used in making pesticides. I quote, ‘melamine, a chemical compound used in making plastics and added to cheat nutrition tests. The chemical is used in pesticides and in making plastics’.
Pesticides and their constituent ingredients will surely finish us. You are right, God should help us! We are so out of control!

Hi Martin. I’ve always associated melamine with plastic because we used dishes called “melmac” or “melmaline.” They were cheap and kids couldn’t break them.
Do you remember the pet food disaster here that was caused by melamine-tainted ingredients from China? Here’s a summary: “On March 15, 2007, FDA learned that certain pet foods were sickening and killing cats and dogs. FDA found contaminants in vegetable proteins imported into the United States from China and used as ingredients in pet food.
A portion of the tainted pet food was used to produce farm animal feed and fish feed. FDA and the U.S. Department of Agriculture discovered that some animals that ate the tainted feed had been processed into human food. Government scientists have determined that there is very low risk to human health from consuming food from animals that ate tainted feed. All tainted pet food, animal and fish feed, and vegetable proteins continue to be recalled and destroyed.
As a result of FDA and USDA’s comprehensive investigation, on February 6, 2008, FDA announced that two Chinese nationals and the businesses they operate, along with a U.S. company and its president and chief executive officer, were indicted by a federal grand jury for their roles in a scheme to import products purported to be wheat gluten into the United States that were contaminated with melamine.”
Thousands of pets died and an undisclosed number of factory-farmed animals were fed the tainted feed. This isn’t just a one-time bad deal from China, it seems to be the norm for how they do business.
